Founded on the belief that every player deserves representation built around their long-term future, not just their next contract.

Giuliano Conte

CEO

Giuliano Conte is the CEO of ALTIOR Futbol Agency. His career began in Italy, where as a young player he caught the attention of two of the country’s biggest clubs, Juventus and Inter Milan, and went on to play professionally with Lucera Calcio. He later transferred to the New England Revolution Academy, living every part of the path that young players face today: the trials, the uncertainty, and the mental weight of trying to turn potential into a career.

That experience on both sides of the Atlantic taught him the game from the inside, from what top clubs look for in a young player to what it really takes to compete at the professional level. Today, Giuliano pairs a trained scout’s eye with first-hand knowledge that can’t be learned from the sidelines.

ALTIOR was built to give players honest representation from someone who has sat in those waiting rooms, felt that pressure, and still believes the right support can change a career.

Bryant Craft brings a combination of playing, coaching, and counseling experience to Altior.

A former NCAA Division I soccer player at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Bryant understands firsthand the demands and challenges of pursuing the game at a high level. Following his playing career, he transitioned into coaching, earning his USSF B License while gaining experience across the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels, as well as within the U.S. Soccer Development Academy and MLS NEXT pathways.

At Altior, Bryant is committed to using his experience in the game and background in counseling to advocate for players, guide their development, and help them pursue their ambitions with a clear plan and strong support system around them.
