This policy explains what information ALTIOR Futbol Agency LLC (“ALTIOR”, “we”, “us”) collects through altiorfutbolagency.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
When a player submits the “Get on our radar” form, we collect:
- Full name, date of birth, email, phone number, current city / country, and nationality and passport(s)
- Playing details: height, positions, preferred foot, level, current and previous clubs or academies, graduation year, years playing competitively, and any trials or contact with professional clubs
- Career details: goals, countries or leagues the player would play in, whether they are currently represented by an agent (and details if so), and why they are interested in ALTIOR
- Links to highlight and full-game video
- For players under 18: a parent or guardian’s name, email, and phone number
- Confirmation that the information is accurate, and that you agree to be contacted
When anyone uses the contact form, we collect their name, email, and message, plus their phone number, club or organization, and topic if they choose to give them.
To limit spam, the site temporarily keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of the submitting device’s IP address for one hour. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
Players under 18
If a player is under 18, the form requires a parent or guardian’s name and email, and we will include the parent or guardian in any follow-up. We will not share an under-18 player’s profile without the parent or guardian’s consent. The online form is for players aged 13 and older; we do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. Parents or guardians of younger players can contact us directly. ALTIOR’s team are licensed scouts who work with licensed FIFA agents.
How we use it
- To review the player’s profile and decide whether there may be a fit
- To contact the player (and parent/guardian) about the submission, or to reply to a contact message
- To send players an automatic email confirming we received their submission
- To share a player’s profile with scouts, licensed FIFA agents, and clubs, as described below
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
To find opportunities for players, we share player profiles with other scouts, licensed FIFA agents, and clubs. For players under 18, we only share a profile with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not share contact messages sent through our Contact page.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Form submissions and messages are stored in our website’s database, hosted by Hostinger, and are emailed to our business inbox. We do not keep player information anywhere else. Only our team — Giuliano Conte, Jordan Branco, and Bryant Craft — can view them.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions and messages for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Your choices
You (or your parent or guardian) can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@altiorfutbolagency.com or calling 617-710-0294. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
